PAYMENT POLICY

50% down payment is required to confirm your order. Seoul Eats accept various payment methods, including cash, GCash, and credit/debit cards.

Down payments are non-refundable, non-convertible, and non-transferable if the order is not picked up on the same day.

PWD & Senior Citizen discounts do not apply to bulk orders. Not valid with other promos or discounts.
PICK-UP GUIDELINES
Place your advance/bulk order and choose your preferred date and time.
Bulk orders may require additional preparation time. Contact the store as early as possible to confirm availability and lead times.
For bulk orders, we recommend contacting at least one (1) day in advance via Viber to ensure smooth coordination and proper handling of your order.
Please inform us of your pick-up time so we can prepare the food 5–15 minutes before arrival.
No reheating will be done if you arrive late for pick-up.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We do not offer in-house delivery.
Customers may book delivery via Grab, Lalamove, or other courier services using their account.
