Preparing over 150 meals is definitely a challenge, but to us, it means something much bigger. When a group trusts us with that many dinner meals, it is the highest compliment our team could ask for.
Our team had every meal ready right on time at 6:30 PM, complete with 2-piece chicken, gravy, warm rice, stir-fried fish cake, and Kimchi-jjim. Taking on an order for 152 people is quite a rush, but to our kitchen, it represents real trust.
